Luay Amin Hassun

Managing Partner

Luay Amin Hassun is a Civil Engineer holding a Bachelor of Engineering from the American University of Beirut (Class 1982). Even though he started his work career as a Structural Engineer, he had shown great interest and had been deeply involved in all Architectural and Engineering Consultancy Services which entitled him to become the General Manager of a Consultancy Firm in 1989 and stayed as such for a period of 15 years. In December 2004, he along with his other two Partners established QHC – Architects and Engineers.

Despite his Civil Engineering background, Luay had worked relentlessly on developing his in depth knowledge of the contractual side of the Consultancy business where he had dedicated a lot of his own spare time to gain knowledge and experience in Contracts and Arbitration procedures. He had successfully represented Clients in several arbitration cases where his role had been decisive to their benefit.

Luay’s responsibilities, being the Managing Partner, include among others managing the Company’s day to day affairs, receiving daily updated reports from Senior Staff, monitoring Projects’ progress and ensuring adherence to deadlines commitments.

Ara Christo Anderias

Head of Architectural Department/Partner

Ara is a graduate of the University of Technology in Baghdad with an Honor Bachelor Degree in Architecture (Class of 1995). He has over 23 years of vast and diversified experience in Architectural Design. His highly innovative and talented designs had enabled him to be the first prize winner in many major Architectural competitions organized by reputed Clients and Developers in the Private and Public Sectors among which are Dubai Municipality, DP World, JAFZA, TECOM, EMAAR and Jordan Telecom.

Being a Partner heading the Architectural Department of QHC – Architects and Engineers, Ara continues to contribute to the success story of the company by being actively involved in the Design and Management of all projects starting from Concept Stage up to Handing Over.
